Turkey, Russia to conduct joint patrol in Nagorno-Karabakh
The work on organizing a mechanism of joint peacekeeping monitoring in the Nagorno-Karabakh region is underway, Turkish Minister of Defense Hulusi Akar said.
“Turkish and Russian military personnel will jointly patrol between the observation posts,” Akar added.
