Turkic Council commemorates victims of January 20 tragedy
The Cooperation Council of Turkic-Speaking States (Turkic Council) made a Twitter post to commemorate the 31st anniversary of the January 20 massacre.
“On the occasion of 20 January 1990 Baku massacre, which is known as BlackJanuary, the Turkic Council respectfully commemorates all the heroes of Azerbaijan who sacrificed their lives for the sake of their homeland. We bow respectfully in front of their cherished memories,” the post reads.
