Azerbaijan says Armenia continues violating humanitarian ceasefire
On October 26, at about 15:30, Armenia’s armed forces, in violation of the newly reached humanitarian ceasefire, shelled Azerbaijan’s Tartar city, the Azerbaijani Defense Ministry said on Monday.
