Russian Embassy in Azerbaijan sent a note to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan.

Oxu.Az reports with reference to APA that the due statement came from the spokesman of the Russian Embassy Denis Apashkin.

"The embassy sent a note to the Foreign Ministry of Azerbaijan to obtain a permission for a consular officer to visit Alexander Lapshin," he said.
