Putin makes nuclear threat: "This is not a bluff"
Russia’s President Vladimir Putin has threatened to use nuclear weapons as he announced a partial military mobilization in the country, News.Az reports citing Russian media.
“If the territorial integrity of our country is threatened, we will certainly use all means at our disposal to protect Russia and our people,” Putin addressed the nation on Wednesday.
“This is not a bluff,” the Russian president warned.
