President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has arrived at the scene of a fire that broke out at a Drug Abuse Treatment Center in Baku’s Khatai district on Friday morn
The head of state was given information about the situation.
The fire has already been extinguished.
Scores of people are reported to have died and been injured.
