Perpetrators of the Khojaly genocide must be brought to justice, Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov tweeted on Friday.
“We demand Justice For Khojaly! Paying tribute to victims of Khojaly Genocide. 29 years passed from brutal killing of civilians in Khojaly town by armed forces of Armenia. The world shall not &will not forget this crime against humanity,” the minister wrote.
