Moody’s international rating agency has affirmed the credit rating of the Government of Azerbaijan on the previous level.

Report informs referring to Moody’s that the agency maintained Azerbaijan’s independent credit rating at Ba1 and the outlook at negative in its latest regular update.

Notably, Moody’s downgraded country’s rating from Baa3 to Ba1 on February 5, 2016.

The agency downgraded the outlook to negative on April 29, 2016.
