EU Special Representative to visit Azerbaijan
EU Special Representative for the South Caucasus and the crisis in Georgia Toivo Klaar will pay a visit to Azerbaijan tonight, News.az reports.
The purpose of Toivo Klaar's visit to Azerbaijan is to hold high-level regular consultations with Azerbaijani leadership on November 25-26.
