BSU rector receives international award
Rector of Baku State University Abel Maharramov has been honored with Mahmud al-Kashgari international award and medal for his contribution to the development of science and education.
According to AzerTag, he received the award from President of Mahmud al-Kashgari Foundation Elkhan Garakhanli.
