Azerbaijan, Latvia lift visa requirements for service passport holders

The Azerbaijani and Latvian governments have reached an agreement on lifting the visa requirements for holders of service passports.

The agreement was signed by foreign ministers Elmar Mammadyarov and Edgars Rinkevics in Baku Feb. 13, APA reported.
