Azerbaijan does not force anyone to leave Garabagh: Presidential aide
Azerbaijan does not force anyone to leave Garabagh, Hikmat Hajiyev, Assistant to the President of Azerbaijan - Head of the Foreign Policy Affairs Department of the Presidential Administration told DW, News.Az reports.
According to him, leaving Garabagh is a personal decision of the residents.
The presidential aide added that anti-terrorist measures in Garabagh were not aimed at the civilian population and infrastructure.
