No one is insured from terrorism.
Terrorism can be and has been carried out even in the most advanced countries having cutting-edge technologies and security cameras in every hundred meters on streets.
The statement came from chief of the socio-political department of the Presidential Administration Ali Hasanov in his interview to Mediaforum.az, Gun.Az reported.
Hasanov said that there are certain known facts regarding this.
"What can we do in this issue? Of course, we can take all security and preventive measures. We have warned Azerbaijani being abroad, who can more easily fall victim to terrorism, and have increased the security. As you know, Armenia carries out terrorism at the state level. There were challenges in its state structures that revenge will be taken, and Ramil Safarov and those who participated in this clemency will be punished.
This is their challenge. And we are taking preventive measures. No one is insured from plot, neither do Azerbaijani citizens."
