The Palace of Sport is hosting the fifth consequent Baku international tournament in futsal with participation of the national teams of Azerbaijan, Ukraine, Uzbekistan and Turkey.
Two rounds have already been played. Both matches with participation of the national team of Azerbaijan ended equally 3-2.
In the first round our team was playing Uzbekistan and won. Vitaliy Borisov made a double and Alvesh scored within our team.
Meanwhile, Azerbaijani futsallers lost to Ukraine. The guests were winning 3-0, but in the end two goals from Serjio restored the intrigue in the match but our team failed to do more.
In other matches Turkey first lost to Ukraine (1-5) and then played a draw against Uzbekistan (0-0).
Standings:
Ukraine – 6 points, 8-3
Azerbaijan – 3, 5-5
Uzbekistan – 1, 2-3
Turkey – 1, 1-5
In the third round Azerbaijan is to play Turkey and Uzbekistan-Ukraine.
