Azerbaijani coach Berti Vogts has named Freiburg attacking defender Ufuk Budak in the squad for Wednesday's friendly against Macedonia.

Budak, who also holds German citizenship, has been training with the Azerbaijani squad since 2 August.

Berti Vogts left out 10 players who were in the squad for the games against Kazakhstan and Germany and brought in six new players, including a recall for Gabala's Mahir Shukurov.

Forward Vagif Javadov has been left out of the squad, probably to allow him to continue settling in at his new club, Russian Premier League side FC Volga.

Agil Mammadov - Baki
Andrey Popovich - Sumgayit City
