According to the MP, in the upcoming autumn session of the parliament, a draft law considering amendments to relevant legislative acts should be discussed and adopted.
"In general, the issue of simplifying conditions of mortgage loans has long been on agenda of society and MPs. This issue is of concern for all of us, because the society, especially young families in need of house, has a serious demand to this.
Therefore, there is a need to adopt laws that consider the simplification of mortgage loans. In other words, in the autumn session of parliament, this issue must be reviewed and find its positive solution," the MP added.
