Ilham Aliyev
President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev issued an order for appointment of the appeal court chairmen in Baku, Ganja and Shaki.
The document reads:
“Guided by Point 32 of Article 109 of the Constitution of Azerbaijan and Article 94 of the law on Courts and Judges of the Republic of Azerbaijan, I decide:
1. To appoint Iman Mammad Nagiyev as Chairman of the Baku Appeal Court.
2. To appoint Rafig Uguz Mammadov as Chairman of the Ganja Appeal Court.
3. To appoint Mubariz Dosmammad Akbarov as Chairman of the Shaki Appeal Court”.
