No amendment to the military legislation is considered for the upcoming autumn session of parliament.

The statement came from deputy chairman of the Parliament's security and defence committee, MP Aydin Mirzazade while talking to Gun.Az.

At the same time, the MP said he would have some proposals as a parliamentarian at the autumn session.

"I think that there is a need to simplify conditions of mortgage loans and, in general, to increase the funds issued for mortgage loans. This is because this issue has become a priority of young Azerbaijani families, of the Azerbaijani society in general."

The MP thinks that generally, conditions for common mortgage and social mortgage should be simplified.

"Even if we manage to bring the common mortgage to the level of social mortgage, this can help greatly to address this issue. On the other hand, the amount of mortgage itself is low. It's true that state expenditures are large enough, and today the state issues funds not just for provision of houses but for other issues, as well.

But provision of houses, particularly provision of young families with houses has become a priority direction of the society, and therefore, this issue must find its solution," the MP said.
