The Head of State was informed that the construction of the hotel started in 2007, AzerTAc reports.
The hotel has VIP and special suits, a fitness center, a summer and winter restaurant, a conference and exhibition hall, and a tea house.
The President toured the facility, and praised its look and conditions.
