The Azerbaijan Mortgage Fund records the decrease in the volume of mortgage loans issuance to the population in July.
Official website of the Azerbaijan Mortgage Fund reports that as of 31 August 2010 the authorized credit organization of the fnd issued mortgage loans in the amount of AZN 67.5m to citizens.
AZN 7.2m of loans was issued in August against AZN 8.2m in July, AZN 10.4m in June and 10.5m in May.
Also, within eight months the fund refinanced earlier issued loans in the amount of AZN 58.4m.
