National Fund of Assistance to Entrepreneurship has issues preferential loans of AZN 500,000 to entrepreneurs of Sheki-Zagatala economic region.
Oguz has hosted an event on the state support to entrepreneurship in the regions that involved about 260 entrepreneurs functioning in the Sheki-Zagatala economic region. The preferential loans have been issued to 33 entrepreneurs from nearest regions. The financing of these projects will help create 35 new jobs.
The fund was created in 1992. The loans are issued to entrepreneurs via 36 authorized banks and nonbanking credit organizations. In 2009 the fund issued preferential loans in the amount of AZN 130m. In 2010 the fund is planning to provide preferential loans of at least AZN 115m.
