Baku
Russian movie director Egor Konchalovsky has come to Baku to carry out project “Baku, I love you”.
The project is realized with the joint support of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation, Gun.Az reported.
As seen from the title, the movie will be about Baku. Thus, 10 directors from Azerbaijan, Russia, France, UK and other countries will work on the movie. They will shoot short novellas about Azerbaijan, which will be ready in 10 months. The length of each story will be 10 minutes. The shooting will kick off this March.
The project is expected to complete in early 2013.
Three directors from Azerbaijan – Ilgar Safar, Samir Karimoglu and Yaver Rzayev will be involved in the project.
Executive producer of the project is Vice president of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation Leyla Aliyeva.
