Azerbaijan's overall profits from projects operated by BP will be $11.4bn in 2010 if the oil price is $60 per barrel.

Azerbaijan’s revenues from BP projects topped $11.7bn in 2009, a fall of $4.9bn on 2008 when revenue was $16.3bn.

BP-Azerbaijan is the operator of the Azeri-Chirag-Deepwater Guneshli offshore oil fields, the Shah Deniz offshore gas condensate field and the Araz-Alov-Sharg prospect.

It is also the operator of the Baku-Tbilisi-Ceyhan oil pipeline and the South Caucasus gas export pipeline.
