Azerbaijan had 9,228 domains in the national .az Internet domain zone as of 17 February, a fall of 50 since 11 January.
The site whois.az said the most popular domain name is com.az with 515 domains (521 on 11 January). It is followed by org.az. (79 and 81 respectively), edu.az (78 and 76), net.az (64 and 65), gov.az (61, no change), int.az (54), pp.az (52), info.az (19 and 20), co.az (18 and 17), biz.az (7) and name.az (2).
There is just one domain each ending mil.az, bilesuvar.az, gence.az and pro.az.
