The State Film Foundation is compiling a list of foreign feature films made in Azerbaijan.
"The list includes films of foreign cinematographers made in Azerbaijan since 1912. There are 29 films on the list so far," Foundation Director Jamil Guliyev said today.
He said that this list is not finished. "If anyone knows of any films made in Azerbaijan that have not been not included on the list, they should approach the State Film Foundation and we will fill in the gap."
"With the support of Azerbaijan's Ministry of Culture and Tourism, we recently restored the famous Azerbaijani film Qaynana (Mother-in-Law) by Huseyn Seyidzade whose 100th anniversary will be marked in October 2010," Guliyev said.
