Georgian Speaker pays official visit to Turkey

Georgian parliament speaker, Davit Bakradze pays a three-day official visit to Turkey.

Davit Bakradze will hold meetings with Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan and the Turkish lawmakers. He is also expected to meet with the World Patriarch in Ankara.

Davit Bakradze left for Turkey this morning together with the members of the Georgia-Turkey friendship team.

Vice Speaker, Mikheil Machavariani will chair the parliament`s first plenary session today, due to the absence of the speaker.
