Iran supports the normalization of relations between Armenia and Turkey, said Iranian Ambassador in Ankara Bahman Hosseinpour, reports Ankara news agency.
“We consider that an important issue in striving for peace and security in the region, as well as establishing friendship among countries in the region. Iran has been cooperating with Armenia from way back when. With Turkey’s participation, that could become a trilateral cooperation,” said the Iranian diplomat.
