This January the State Oil Company of Azerbaijan Republic (SOCAR) increased liquefied gas production by 4.98% compared with last December.
Liquefied gas production in 2009 dropped by 4.3%.
SCAR reports that this January liquefied gas production reached 17,690 tons against 16,850 tons in December 2009.
In 2009 the best production indicator was registered in October (19,530 tons), in 2008 – in October (18,050 tons), and in 2007 – in December (20,120 tons).
It was produced 173,300 tons of liquid gas in 2009 versus 181,130 in 2008, 145,030 in 2007 and 148,220 in 2006.
