There is a progress registered in talks on Karabakh conflict settlement, Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said at the Security Conference in Munich.
According to him, Russia attempts to help the sides to reach an agreement.
“It is certainly a very complex issue, but the breakthrough is registered. Mutual understanding is reached and the number of issues to be agreed upon by high ranking officials decreases and we are trying to help them,” Lavrov stated.
