PACE monitoring committee co-rapporteurs on Azerbaijan, Andres Herkel, Joseph Debono Grekh, are expected to visit Baku on February 8-12 of this year.
Within the framework of the visit the co-rapporteurs will hold meetings in Milli Medjlis, foreign ministry and ministry of justice, Central Election Commission and also meet with representatives of NGOs and political parties.
