The price of Azeri Light oil at the level of $60 per barrel is most appropriate and realistic for this year.

According to Ilham Shaban, chief of the Center of Oil Studies of Azerbaijan, the average oil price made $62 last year.

This year the factual export of condensate from Azeri-Chyrag-Guneshli and Shah Deniz will top 300 mln barrels.

"Considering the overall expenses including transport ones, it will turn out that the incomes accumulated in the Oil Fund will top AZN 11.4 bn. If we consider the confirmed budget, its revenues will make AZN 5.9 bn. Meanwhile, under the estimates, the budget deficit will make AZN 1.2 bn", the expert noted.

Earlier Finance Minister Samir Sharifov said earlier that if the price tops 45 barrels, the revenues will go to cover the state budget deficit.
