The second incident has occurred in the territory of the Nizami district of Baku at Heydar Aliyev's Oil Refinery within a week.
According to the news service for the Emergency Ministry, a leakage in a pipeline has been revealed at the refinery. In the result, the oil production leaked to an area of more than 20 square meters. Firemen of the Emergency Ministry arrived on the spot to avert ignition. The leakage was soon removed by the relevant services.
Fire broke there earlier, on January 14. The residuals of fuel oil in the reservoir of 3,000 cubic meters ignited in the result of the violation of safety rules.
