The government of Venezuela has passed a decision to open a diplomatic office on the level of temporary plenipotentiary.
The statement came from the news service for the Foreign Ministry of Azerbaijan.
The statement notes that the relations between Azerbaijan and Latin American countries develop on the rise. The first embassy of Azerbaijan in Latin America started functioning in Argentine in the late 2010.
During the recent official visit of the Argentine foreign minister to Azerbaijan, it was officially announced that the Argentine embassy will open in Baku.
