President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has ended his working visit to Ulyanovsk, and returned to Baku.
At the Heydar Aliyev International Airport, President Ilham Aliyev was welcomed by Prime Minister Artur Rasizade, Chief of the Presidential Administration Ramiz Mehdiyev and Baku Mayor Hajibala Abutalybov.
