On November 21, prior to the meeting of the CIS Council of Heads of Government in Yalta, deputy prime minister of Azerbaijan Yagub Eyyubov has met Moldovan Prime Minister Vladimir Filat.
Officials have discussed several issues of common interest, including promotion of the Moldova-Azerbaijan dialogue. According to the Head of Azerbaijan government, cooperation must focus on political, economic and social areas.
Also Vladimir Filat said that on December 23, the city of Komrat, Gagauzia, will host inauguration of the monument to the national leader of Azerbaijan Heydar Aliyev.
