The score in the match held at the Republican stadium named after Tofik Bahramov was opened on the 17th minute. Bahtiyar Soltanov excelled. On the 37th minute Mirhuseyn Seidov and later in six minutes Ruslan Gurbanov brought the result to 3:0. However, in the first time Albanian Solkol Chikalleshi scored a goal and the end to the match was put by the goal from Bekim Bali scored at the end of the match.
After seven matches the Azerbaijani team is bottom fifth with 4 points lagging behind Albania by results of face matches. The decisive was the second goal from Albanians which allowed them preserving the fourth place. In Albania the hosts beat our team 1:0.
The Azerbaijani team will play leader of the group-Belarus in the final match in Borisovo on September 7. In order to quit the last place, Bernhard Lippert’s team will have not to lose in this match.
