In January-August of 2010 the State Oil Company of Azerbaijan exported 80,326 tons of jet fuel to the world markets, according to sources in SOCAR.
The export of jet fuel has dropped by 152,049 tons over the same period of the last year. Production export was 8,704 tons in August. The export of this product made up 232,375 tons in January-August last year.
In 2009 the State Oil Company of Azerbaijan exported 271,727 tons of jet fuel, sources in SOCAR said.
The export of jet fuel has increased by over 65,269 tons over 2008. In August a ton of jet fuel on the world market was sold for $683.99.
