Emin Milli and Adnan Hajizade
Young activists Emin Milli and Adnan Hajizade were sentenced on Wednesday.
Sabayel District Court held last hearing on their case and the court session was presided over by Judge Araz Huseynov.
Emin Milli was sentenced for 2 years and 6 months of imprisonment and Adnan Hajizade for 2 years.
Milli and Hajizade were detained after the incident in restaurant “Lebanese” in Baku on July 8, 2009 and they faced with charges under article 127.2.3 (deliberate causing of minor serious harm to health) 221.2.1 (hooliganism) of the Criminal Code.
