Deputy from the ruling party Akram Abdullayev has commented on statements of opposition about conduction of forthcoming parliamentary elections.

Deputy from the New Azerbaijan party Akram Abdullayev has commented on the accusations from opposition parties:

"The Azerbaijani opposition is more concerned with the demonization and insults than criticism."
According to him, regardless of whether elections in Azerbaijan are democratic and in line with European standards, the opposition will still be calling them undemocratic.

"The election system is quite developed. A number of elections have been held in the country since 2005 and definite innovations were introduced at each of them. I believe no falsifications are recorded in the elections held in Azerbaijan today.

All elections are observed by webcams. It is only necessary to increase the electoral activity. If voters take part in the elections using their rights, there will be no place for rumors. No matter what opposition says, the voters have to say their final word",  said A. Abdullayev.
