Turkey’s Foreign Minister Ahmet Davutoglu had a telephone conversation with his Azerbaijani counterpart Elmar Mammadyarov.
The Foreign Ministers discussed the incident occurred in the line of contact of Karabakh and Azerbaijan. The Ministers signified peaceful resolution of the conflict through the negotiations.
Davutoglu declared about his telephone conversation during his trip to Nakhchivan. Davutgolu declared that Armenian-Turkish border won’t be opened until Armenian-Azerbaijani border is opened.
