Ukraine to help Georgia with wheat

The government of Georgia turned to Ukraine with a request to help to purchase 120 000 tons of bread wheat.

The request was addressed to Mykola Azarov, the Prime Minister of Ukraine.

The Minister of Agriculture Policy, Mykola Prisyazhnyuk claimed Ukraine would fulfill the order and "would try to fulfill the order which would come from our neighbours and other countries at the level of state."

Today Bakur Kvezereli, the Minister of Agriculture stated that since September 9th wheat from America will come to ports. It will be used as seeds.
