An Iranian citizen has been detained in Azerbaijan.
According to the Interior Ministry, Iranian citizen Veli Garachadagi was detained during the operative measures held by officials of the head investigation department, wanted under article 674 of the Iranian Criminal Code (abuse of property).
Events on his extradition are currently held.
