In the result of the tariff policy, the internet prices in the country today are much lower than in other countries.

Currently, there are 12 computers for 100 people in Azerbaijan, according to sources in the Ministry of Communication and Information Technologies.

Meanwhile, the number of subscribers of  broadband network services has reached 79,689. This has largely been promoted by the 6-7 times decrease in internet services in 2009, as well as the reduction of tariffs for ADSL connection of state providers Bakinternet and Aztelekomnet in the first half of 2010.
