Azerbaijan Cabinet of Ministers approved the rules of state registration and cancellation of private date information systems.
According to Cabinet of Ministers the registration and cancellation will be realized by the Ministry of Communication and Information Technologies.
According to rules the information systems are registered separately. The state registration canceled information systems are shelved in accordance of legislation. The collection and utilization of state registration canceled private information from the information systems were prohibited.
The cancellation and required documents for registration of information systems were noted on the documents.
