according the deputy head doctor of the institute of lung diseases Ilgar Ahmedov, the free sale of medicines for tuberculosis patients in the country is prohibited.
"In this connection, tuberculosis patients are obliged to appeal to regional departments to get treatment and clarify the diagnosis. This also refers to persons who suffer from different diseases under which it is necessary to rule out the suspicion on tuberculosis. In this connection, the number of tuberculosis patients has grown in the country. Thanks to timely diagnostics of this disease, most tuberculosis patients have a chance to recover", he said.
At the same time, Ahmedov noted that maximum three days are required for the exact diagnostics of tuberculosis. Therefore, he recommends not postponing the visit.
