Heydar Asadov
Heydar Asadov, the chairperson of the Azerbaijan Accounting Chamber, has claimed at today’s Milli Majlis session that after all-round analysis of the Bill the Chamber recommends the MPs to pass it.
“Being conservative budget 2010 creates opportunities for future growth, keeps basic principles, bears innovative character and aims to diversify economy,” he said.
At the same time the Chamber emphasizes cuts in next year’s budget expenditures on education, medicine and science by 5%.
“The reduction was suggested in ratio to the forecast of relevant revenues for 2009. Taking into account that implementation of these items in 2009 will not exceed 80-85%, the proposals for 2010 will be by 10-15% more than their real implementation in 2009,” Asadov said.
