Gas supplies for SOCAR have dropped by 385m cubic meters compared to January-June 2009.

In January-June 2010 Azerbaijan International Operating Company transferred 1.688bn cubic meters of associated gas from the Azeri-Chirag-Guneshli field to SOCAR, sources in SOCAR said.

Supplies made up 250.1m cubic meters in January, 287.2m cubic meters in February, 266.6m cubic meters in March, 314.2m cubic meters in April, 296.6m cubic meters in May, 273.5m cubic meters in June.

Gas supplies for SOCAR have dropped by 385m cubic meters compared to January-June 2009.

Gas is supplied from the Chirag platform to the gas compressor station at Oil Rocks by the underwater pipe. Connection works with the Central Azeri platform have been held and gas is supplied to the Central Azeri and then Sangachal oil terminal.

In 2009 AIOC transferred 3,901,000,000 cubic meters of associated gas to SOCAR in 2009. Gas supplies for SOCAR have increased by 1,795,000,000 cubic meters compared to 2008.
