The Secretary General of the Socialistic International Luis Ayala is to arrive in Azerbaijan on July 28.
Co-chair of the Social Democratic Party of Azerbaijan Araz Alizade said within the framework of the visit which will last until August 1, the secretary general will hold meetings with Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev and Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov.
'The aim of the visit is to discuss preparation to the session of the committee of Socialist International on Eastern Europe, South Caucasus and Black Sea region planned in Baku in October', Alizade said.
