The draft law “On 2010 state budget of Azerbaijan” will allocate 14 mln AZN on social mortgage lending.
Sources in the Milli Mejlis committee on economic policy have said that the state budget of this year has allocated 14 mln AZN to finance social mortgage loans, according to AzerTac.
The total sum of mortgage loans, issued from the Azerbaijan mortgage fund, has topped 132 mln AZN.
More than 3,150 families have improved their housing conditions owing to mortgage loans since March, 2006.
