Azercell
Azercell Telecom has already invested $1 bn to Azerbaijan's telecommunication sector.
Ulviya Hasanzade, chief of department for corporate relations and social responsibility, said the company invested $57.9 mln to the development of country's telecommunication sector in 2009.
"Throughout 13 years of Azercell's existence this amount has reached almost $1 bn", Hasanzade said.
In addition, Azercell has invested $1.6 bn to human resources.
"Last year Azercell invested $1.6 mln and throughout the 13-year period this amount has reached $9.7 mln. Our certificate of the International Standard on "Investments into human resources" has been confirmed two times", Hasanzade said.
